We're the only mobile groomer and non-corporate salon on the peninsula offering online bookings for your convenience. And, to add a touch of luxury, we use premium products, including a keratin treatment for shedding dogs.

Meet the Groomer
I'm Emillie, the proud sole owner and groomer behind this venture. My journey in grooming started in 2015, but my dedication to animal care goes back many years. You might recognize me from the various locations I've worked on the peninsula, including Blissies Bonetique, Paw Prince, Petco, OPHS, Sequim Animal Hospital, and even Swains.
My passion for animals began early with my first job as a pet sitter, and by the time I was 13, I brought home my first horse, Kalypso. After roles as a bather and kennel tech, I embraced training as a dog groomer, taking over after months of hands-on learning. A hiatus from grooming made me realize it's my true passion. Now, with my own business, I'm dedicated to creating positive experiences for fur clients and pet parents.
My commitment extends to staying updated on the best techniques and equipment, ensuring the safety and comfort of your pets and myself. Certified in Pet CPR and First Aid, I prioritize their well-being. At Barks & Bubbles Mobile Spa, we take pride in using high-quality products to enhance every grooming experience. In addition to my giant dog Kalypso, our household is bustling with the joyful chaos of five other canine companions – yeah, I might be a tad dog crazy, but who can resist those furry faces, right?
Meet Turbo, the wise elder of the pack at 9 years old. A delightful mix of Aussie and Border Collie, he goes by the alias "Double Trouble" or simply, my Golden Child. Originating from a farm in Eden Valley, Turbo has been the epitome of an ideal canine companion – the best dog I could have ever asked for.
Then there's NOS, a spirited Border Collie approaching the ripe age of 8. Despite her distinct Border Collie lineage, she shares an uncanny resemblance to Turbo, though they're not related as far as I know. NOS had her fair share of adventures before joining our pack – multiple owners and the perpetual cycle of the market. Offering her the chance to just be a dog in our lively crew, she and Turbo became inseparable from day one.
Skyla, our vivacious Siberian Husky, is gearing up for her ninth year. Always seeking attention, she is undeniably the sweetest husky around. Yet, her penchant for neighborhood adventures is a constant source of amusem*nt – I just wish she'd curb her enthusiasm for visiting the neighbors whenever the opportunity arises.
Mercedes, a four-year-old Standard Poodle, is a recent addition to our lively pack. Despite her relatively short time with us, her goofy diva persona has left an indelible mark on all the other dogs. She revels in being the center of attention and has found her niche as the official dog model during grooming sessions.
Last but certainly not least, meet Apache, a spirited youngster going on three years old. Initially thought to be another Aussie/Collie mix, Apache's unique markings, distinctive personality, and impressive bark have piqued my curiosity. Although I was informed about his heritage secondhand, I've been contemplating a DNA test to unveil the mystery. As of now, I'm leaning towards an intriguing mix of Australian Cattle Dog and McNab Border Collie – but who knows, the DNA test might just surprise us one day!
In the midst of fur and frolic, Turbo, Nos, Skyla, Mercedes, and Apache contribute their individual charms to our bustling canine crew. And so, amidst the paws, wagging tails, and occasional doggie mischief, our furry family thrives, each member adding a unique charm to our bustling abode. Can't help but love this dog-filled life! 🐾
