    Veg Finger Sandwich

    This is a simple yet healthy sandwich to put together. Yes i said it is healthy because the mayo which i used here iseggless mayo so it is healthy than the sandwich which you make using regular mayo.

    Ingredients for Veg Finger Sandwich

    • Mayonnaise - ½ cup ( I used eggless)
    • Carrot - 1 medium grated
    • Spring Onion - 2 white and green chopped finely
    • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp finely chopped
    • Red Chilli Flakes - ½ tsp
    • Bread Slices - 6 to 8

    How to make Veg Finger Sandwich

    1. Take all ingredients except bread in a bowl and mix well.
    2. Take bread slices and trim off the edges. Spoon the filling in and spread evenly.
    3. Cover with another slice of bread.
    4. Cut into finger like slices and serve.

      This one turned out really very good....having a bite my lil one said awesome mum...they jus loved it!jus replaced the spring onions with cucumber grated n squeezed the water n added it!thx for the receipe
