Happiest July 5th everyone (and happy birthday to my brother Creighton!)! I hope you guys had a great 4th of July and are enjoying a fun summer weekend with plenty of chill time in the sun, family, friends, and delicious food. I’m finally heading off to Costa Rica today to join my family for a few days of vacation…and knowing my family, plenty of adventure as well!
Just a quick post today, as I wanted to share some of HBH’s most popular summer recipes throughout the years. I love creating new recipes each and every day. But pulling recipes for this post really made me realize that I have some insanely delicious older recipes too! Hoping to recreate a few of them with some updates soon!

4. Greek Orzo Stuffed Red Peppers.
Quick, simple, vegetarian, healthy, and SO GOOD. Slow roasted red peppers stuffed with Greek orzo, feta cheese, and topped with fresh lemony basil tomatoes. Summer dinner perfection!
3. Blackberry Lavender Naked Cake with White Chocolate Buttercream.
Four layers of light and fluffy vanilla cake with homemade blackberry lavender jam, and white chocolate buttercream.
2. Saucy Coconut Curry with Rice Noodles and Garden Vegetables.
Make this curry with whatever you have on hand, I used a mix of sweet corn and zucchini, coconut milk, and rice noodles. Then add some heat with curry paste, and balance it all out with a squeeze of lime. All you need for this recipe are pantry ingredients and 30 minutes.
1. Weeknight 20 Minute Spicy Udon Noodles.
Extra saucy Asian inspired noodles with bell peppers, chicken, fresh basil, and an addicting sweet and spicy sauce. All made and ready for eating in just about 20 minutes. Doesn’t get better than these noodles on a busy night.
