Every great party has something special about it. Personally, one of my favorite things is when my guests weeks later remember something amazing I made for them to eat or drink while at my house. That’s why having a signature co*cktail is such a cool thing to do at parties. They’re pretty easy to make, and can be something memorable. I promise this pumpkin pie martini is something your guests are going to mention later on.
Pumpkin Pie Martini Ingredients
- 2-3oz International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz White Chocolate Liquor
- Melted white chocolate (optional)
- Sprinkles (optional)
Put some ice in your co*cktail shaker along with the International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice creamer, vodka and white chocolate liquor and shake until you’re sure everything is nice and cold.
This part is completely optional, but makes for a nice presentation! Melt a few squares of white almond bark, white candy melt or white chocolate in a small shallow dish. Dip the edge of your martini glass in the chocolate and spin the glass to coat the rim. Try to remove any really drippy parts, or the chocolate will run down the glass and it won’t be as pretty.
I totally ran out of white sprinkles when I took this example picture–I had orange left! But you can see how the white chocolate grabs onto the sprinkles when you dip the still wet white chocolate into the bowl. The sprinkle color choice is (obviously) up to you.
Pour your nice cold shaker full of pumpkin pie martini into your prettily rimmed glass.
You can garnish the martini with a very very small pinch of cinnamon–a little goes a long way here!
Pumpkin candy corn is something I can never resist in the fall, so I took a few and put them on skewers as my final accent. This, too, is optional, but makes the drink prettier.
AND this pumpkin pie martini recipe tastes just as good as it looks!
A few decorations never hurt anyone, right?? And they make even a small party all that more enjoyable. Here are the super fast accents I added to this table…
Fall buntings. Pick two to three and make them different shapes. One is a triangle, the other more rectangular. I used my cutting machine to whip both of these up in about 20 minutes. Using scissors might take a bit longer, but it’s still an easy decoration to make.
Paper leaves. They add just a the right pop of color to an otherwise white table. Again, my cutting machine took care of these in about 2 minutes, but you might get lucky and find some pre-cut ones at the store.
A clever sign. Yes, happy pumpkin spice everything! I whipped up this little typographic sign for the bar because I thought the quote was funny. I love having neutral frames around the house that I can change signs like this through the seasons, or for parties. They’re always a great little detail that make people smile!
