How To Make Air Fryer FlatBread

  1. Mix the flour and yogurt and oil (and any other add-ins, if using) in a mixing bowl until combined.
  2. Add dough to a floured work surface with flour and knead for a minute so it comes together. Use a little oil on the work surface to prevent the dough from sticking.
  3. Divide the bread dough into 8 and roll these sections into balls.
  4. Flatten each ball and then use a rolling pin to roll each piece into 3-4 inch (10-12cm) rounds.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 300F / 148C, spray on a little oil and add your flatbread.
  6. Place flatbread in the air fryer basket and cook each one for 8 to 9 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time. Sometimes they will puff up in the air fryer,so you may want to place a trivet on top to keep them flat and prevent them from being blown around.
  7. Repeat until all the flatbreads are cooked.

  • 2 cups (250g) self raising flour
  • 1 cup (250g) natural yogurt
  • 2 tsp olive oil optional but recommended
  • Optional add-in's
