Agave Ridge Behavioral Hospital offers a premier inpatient program for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and co-occurring disorders. For an average of five to 13 days, patients in our inpatient program can receive continual monitoring in a safe and secure therapeutic environment while engaging in individualized care. Back2Basics Outdoor Adventures

Back2Basics is a long-term substance abuse and alcohol treatment program for young adult males, ages 18 to 30. Our addiction treatment supports struggling young men in a safe, stable rehab community.

Outpatient Program | Oasis Behavioral Health

Oasis Behavioral Health provides two separate intensive outpatient programs (IOPs): an adolescent IOP for young people ages 11-17 and an IOP for adults age 18 and older. Both tracks are available for people who are suffering from mental health concerns and addictions. Intensive outpatient programming can be an ideal option for patients who do not require round-the-clock monitoring or live-in care. Those who participate in our IOPs have the flexibility to continue fulfilling their responsibilities outside of treatment, whether at school, at work, or in their communities. Adolescents and adults may enter intensive outpatient treatment directly without completing a higher level of care. Patients in our IOPs attend treatment three days a week for an average of eight weeks. During this time, they may engage in several evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, 12-Step programming, and group therapy. We also offer an education-focused support group for families and parents that takes place twice a month.

Our CTC provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) — an evidence-based approach to treating opioid addiction that is recommended by respected organizations such as the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). Many people are familiar with the basic services of a methadone clinic but may be less aware of the comprehensive care a MAT program can provide. Our MAT program offers methadone, a prescription medication that can help relieve the painful withdrawal symptoms that people may experience when they stop using opioids. We also include individual counseling as a key part of the treatment process. By receiving medication and therapy in MAT, you can improve functioning, focus on the recovery process, and enhance your ability to remain in treatment, among other benefits. Additionally, because we offer MAT as an outpatient service, you can participate in treatment while continuing to engage in daily activities and meet regular commitments.

Sierra Scottsdale is known for offering a holistic approach to premier outpatient services for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with mental health concerns and substance use issues. Our outpatient program in Scottsdale gives clients the chance to begin or continue their healing process while maintaining their daily routines. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) provides intensive care that is less restrictive than inpatient hospitalization. PHP participants can receive treatment five days per week for around seven hours daily and go home at night. Our partial hospitalization program offers medication management, group therapy, individual and family counseling. A multidisciplinary team of experienced and licensed counselors, therapists, social workers, nurses and physicians provide these treatments. Those who participate in our PHP typically complete at least two weeks of programming before moving to our intensive outpatient program.
