\nAs others have mentioned, browsing & ordering from GameStop.com or the GameStop app is awful. Their filters frequently don't work properly, forcing you to wade through dozens of games on the wrong system or at the wrong price to find what you want. It costs them thousands of dollars in sales annually, but they never fix it. \nYMMV, on the phone they were running in circles trying to explain it. They said if I opened it, its no longer returnable and here I am telling them that it wasn't me that opened it. That's how it was received. Woman on the phone was trying to tell me if I open the case, that has no seal on it btw, that won't take it back. I ask how they would know if I opened the case of an already opened game. They tell me they'll go on the honor system. I nearly sh*t a brick when I heard this woman's braid dead answer.

\nMy local gamestop gave me no issue in the return.
